Bamboo HOuse

Creative direction, design, color direction, and fabrication. This was an amazing, two month residency project to reimagine and revamp the historic, Fire Island, ‘Bamboo House’. Myself and four other creatives collaborated on a new wave of unique, connected interior design concepts, and I leveraged many of my design and maker skills to realize the vision. We also accomplished this project with a nod to sustainability, sourcing everything second-hand, applying up-cycling to items in the house, and even using found items from around the island.

The Bamboo House collective continues to thrive, collaborating with other brands, being featured in several publications, and being invited to exhibitions such as Scope Art in Dec. ’25.
